Um motorista da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES) e uma idosa, de 77 anos, morreram após uma colisão entre dois veículos e um animal, na noite dessa quarta-feira (3), na rodovia estadual SE-206, no Povoado Sabinópolis, no município de Siriri.
De acordo com a Polícia Militar, o veículo oficial do governo colidiu em um cavalo que estava na pista e depois atingiu outro veículo que seguia no sentido contrário.
O corpo do motorista do veículo do governo ficou preso às ferragens e foi resgatado pelo Corpo de Bombeiros. As outras vítimas foram socorridas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu). A idosa morreu após ser atendida no Hospital de Urgências de Sergipe (Huse), em Aracaju.
De acordo com o Samu, as outras vítimas foram uma jovem, de 23 anos, e um homem de 42 anos. Eles sofreram fraturas internas.
Em seu perfil, em rede social, no momento do acidente, o governador Fábio Mitidieri, falou que equipes do governo estavam atuando no atendimento às vítimas.
O motorista foi identificado como Genivaldo Neves da Silva, de 50 anos. Ao g1, o irmão dele, Edvaldo da Silva, contou Genivaldo trabalhava no Hospital Regional de Nossa Senhora da Glória, e que o acidente aconteceu quando ele retornava da capital, para o interior. Ele era casado e deixa dois filhos. Os horários e locais do velório e do sepultamento ainda não foram divulgados.
