Na Sessão Plenária da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Sergipe (Alese), desta quinta-feira (9), a deputada Lidiane Lucena (Republicanos), destacou a atuação da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES), em agilizar a cirurgia de uma jovem de 20 anos (acometida por um tiro), que mesmo com morte cerebral, teve o parto feito e a criança foi salva.
“Ontem aconteceu um caso raro aqui em Sergipe; acredito que foi o 6º do Brasil. Uma equipe multiprofissional da Maternidade Nossa Senhora de Lourdes fez o parto de uma jovem que teve a morte encefálica declarada após um tiro na cabeça há mais ou menos uma semana. Uma equipe do Huse e da Maternidade Nossa Senhora de Lourdes se uniu e conseguiu fazer o parto. A bebê nasceu prematura, está na Utin, mas viva”, comemora.
Lidiane Lucena também parabenizou a Central de Doação de Orgãos. “Mesmo nesse momento difícil a família entendeu a importância da doação de órgãos e doou para que outras vidas possam ser salvas. Quero parabenizar a Secretaria de Saúde em nome do Dr. Walter Pinheiro”, observa.
De acordo com informações da Secretaria de Comunicação do Governo de Sergipe, a jovem K.L.D.S, 20 anos, grávida de aproximadamente 22 semanas, deu entrada no Huse no dia 17 de abril, com uma grave lesão no crânio provocada por arma de fogo.
“Mesmo com todo o trabalho da equipe multidisciplinar e acompanhamento intensivo para salvar a vida da jovem, foi fechado o protocolo de morte encefálica da paciente no dia 22 de abril. Depois da constatação, a equipe do hospital iniciou outro processo desafiador para garantir a continuidade da gestação e salvar a vida do bebê. Com parto previsto para a quinta-feira, 9, a paciente apresentou alterações nos exames de ultrassonografia e a equipe médica do Huse decidiu antecipar o procedimento para quarta-feira, 8, após a realização de protocolos específicos para garantir a segurança da mãe e do feto. Com o apoio do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu 192 Sergipe), a paciente foi transferida para a Maternidade Nossa Senhora de Lourdes (MNSL). A criança nasceu prematura de 26 semanas, de parto cesárea e pesando 580 gramas”, explica a nota da Secom, que fará uma coletiva de imprensa nesta quinta-feira (9) a partir das 14h no auditório do Hospital de Urgências de Sergipe Governador João Alves Filho (Huse) para falar sobre o caso raro.
