Em um ato bastante participativo, marcado pelo entusiasmo e apoio popular, o partido União Brasil em Macambira, oficializou, no último sábado, 27, a pré-candidatura à reeleição do atual prefeito Carivaldo Souza e seu vice-prefeito, Toinho do Trator, além de 10 candidatos ao cargo de vereador. A solenidade aconteceu no Centro Comunitário do município, contando com a presença de filiados do partido, apoiadores, além de lideranças locais e também estaduais.
Emocionado, Carivaldo agradeceu a presença de todos, além de reforçar a importância das parcerias construídas para assegurar mais recursos para o município.
“Essa noite ficará eternizada em minha memória. Sou muito grato a cada um de vocês pela presença e por tamanha demonstração de carinho. Também gostaria de destacar a importância e o apoio dos parlamentares presentes para a obtenção de recursos para o nosso município. É através desse apoio que temos feito muito pelo nosso povo, principalmente nas áreas da saúde e educação, onde temos uma atenção especial”, destacou.
Carivaldo também aproveitou a oportunidade para agradecer aos parlamentares que lhe dão sustentação na Câmara, destacando a importância do cargo para o sucesso da administração. O prefeito também ressaltou sua satisfação em ter seu atual vice, Toinho do Trator, novamente como companheiro de chapa.
“Quero agradecer aos vereadores pela parceria. Esse é um cargo importante e que contribui muito para o sucesso da nossa gestão. Também quero ressaltar minha satisfação em ter Toinho novamente como companheiro de chapa. Um amigo sempre presente e leal, disposto a nos ajudar”, disse.
O ex-deputado federal e presidente do União Brasil em Sergipe, André Moura, destacou sua satisfação ao contar com a filiação de Carivaldo no partido.
“Carivaldo é uma das figuras mais influentes da política sergipana, tendo um histórico de muito respeito e trabalho. Enquanto presidente do União Brasil no Estado, sinto-me muito feliz por sua decisão em se filiar ao nosso partido e desde então caminhar conosco. Tenha certeza de que contará com o nosso apoio integralmente’, pontuou.
Bastante prestigiada, a solenidade contou com as presenças do presidente do União Brasil em Sergipe, André Moura, dos deputados, Ícaro de Valmir, Marcelo Sobral e Marcos Oliveira, além dos prefeitos Adailton Souza, de Itabaiana, e Binho, de São Domingos. Também estiveram presentes os ex-prefeitos, Valmir de Francisquinho, de Itabaiana, Ricardo Souza, Leôncio Pregino e Erivaldo dos Santos, ambos de Macambira. O senador Rogério Carvalho não pode estar presente, mas participou remotamente.
