Um ajudande de pedreiro de 42 anos foi preso por homicídio motivado por uma dívida de três diárias de serviço no valor de R$ 150, em Japaratuba.
Segundo informações da Polícia Civil, o crime foi cometido na noite de 27 de abril de 2019, após a vítima não pagar o valor do trabalho do investigado.
O investigado, correndo, aproximou-se da vítima e, com ela de costas, desferiu um soco de punho cerrado na lateral da cabeça da vítima, que caiu no chão já desacordada.
Após o crime, o investigado fugiu de Japaratuba e a vítima foi levada para o Hospital de Urgência de Sergipe (Huse), onde ficou internada em estado vegetativo por 11 dias, vindo a óbito no dia 7 de maio de 2019.
O investigado estava foragido desde maio de 2021 e a prisão aconteceu na última sexta-feira (26), sendo divulgado nesta segunda (29).
