Usar a máquina público em proveito próprio, além de imoral e antiético, é ilegal e pode levar a perda do mandato. É o que está acontecendo com a Prefeita de Lagarto, Hilda Ribeiro, que está usando em suas redes sociais servidores da Prefeitura para difundir artes de autopromoção, que leva logomarca sua e tudo mais (a arte acima foi borrada para não infringir a lei eleitoral em que a imprensa também está submetida).
O Ministério Público Federal (MPF) já está de olho nesses casos de autopromoção envolvendo a gestão de Hilda Ribeiro e mais um caso foi visto nesta quinta-feira, 27, quando servidores compartilharam no WhatsApp uma arte com sua foto e sua logomarca, caracterizando o uso da máquina pública para se promover.
Proibição – A ousadia da Prefeita é tanta que ela já havia comparecido ao Ministério Público há poucos meses para assinar termo de compromisso que proíbe que ela se utilize de eventos públicos para fazer qualquer tipo de promoção eleitoreira. A gestão está proibida de veicular imagens nesses tipos de evento, como também em site da Prefeitura Municipal, contendo gestos que foram vinculados à campanha eleitoral.
Inquérito Civil – Já o MPF abriu procedimento preparatório para abertura de inquérito civil contra a prefeita por diversas ilegalidades cometidas por ela e por servidores da sua Administração. O procedimento irá apurar “irregularidade na conduta da Prefeita de Lagarto no que diz respeito à realização de promoção pessoal destinada à campanha política de seu esposo Gustinho Ribeiro”. Ou seja, o uso da máquina pública e consequentemente do dinheiro do povo de Lagarto para promover o deputado.
Quem também está na mira do Ministério Público Federal é a pré-candidata a vereadora Márcia Monteiro, aliada de Hilda e diretora de uma creche, que, segundo o MPF, possivelmente está utilizando seu cargo público para promoção pessoal de sua pré-candidatura. Uma verdadeira farra com o que é público.
Irregularidades – A Promotoria de Justiça da 12ª Zona Eleitoral, por meio do promotor de Justiça Antônio Carlos Nascimento Santos, também recomendou que Hilda exonere os servidores de cargos comissionados que realizam atividades rotineiras e ordinárias da administração pública sem qualquer caráter de direção e assessoramento.
