Exercendo o cargo de Prefeita do Município de Lagarto Hilda Ribeiro teria que no mínimo cumprir com rigor as leis, porém não é o que vem fazendo com a obra paralisada da Pista do Açu, que não possui placa de obra com as informações pertinentes, conforme fotos enviadas por moradores locais, que pedem intervenção do Ministério Público Federal na irregularidade cometida pela gestão e pela empresa.

Eles dizem que Hilda está burlando o Art. 16 da Lei Federal nº 5. 194/66, que diz que “enquanto durar a execução de obras, instalações e serviços de qualquer natureza, é obrigatória a colocação e manutenção de placas visíveis e legíveis ao público, contendo o nome do autor e co-autores do projeto, em todos os seus aspectos técnicos e artísticos, assim como os dos responsáveis pela execução dos trabalhos”.
No entanto a Prefeita de Lagarto não está divulgando para a população da Pista do Açu informações básicas da obra, como valor, fonte dos recursos, data de início, prazo de entrega e empresa responsável, tirando o direito da sociedade em saber como o dinheiro público está sendo aplicado naquele local.
Os moradores também denunciaram que não há funcionários da empresa no local, mas máquinas da Prefeitura de Lagarto estavam fazendo o serviço essa semana que deveria ser executado pela firma contratada. Veja a matéria aqui.
