Em consulta ao Ministério Público, é possível ter acesso ao que é disposto no procedimento, afirmando que, por se tratar de um comunicador, usar o site para celebrar ou defender o uso de entorpecentes pode influenciar jovens e crianças a entrar no mundo das drogas.
De acordo com o Código Penal, fazer apologia publicamente ao uso de drogas pode acarretar em detenção de 3 a 6 meses. Caso seja condenado, Danniel poderá ser preso pelo crime cometido em suas redes sociais e em seu site.
