No mês de setembro, a gestão Hilda Ribeiro gastou mais de R$ 6 mil reais em compras de passagens de avião duvidosas e sem o devido uso de contrato específico, sendo que os beneficiários sequer possuem alguma ligação com a Prefeitura, como também não fazem parte de nenhum programa, ação ou benefício social.
Os pagamentos teriam sido direcionados a jogadores do Lagarto Futsal. Mas o único contrato existente é o que os atletas assinaram com o próprio clube para disputar um torneio, e o fato é que não há nenhum outro documento que regularize esse tipo de custeio com passagens para os desportistas, lembrando que a Prefeitura já retirou dos cofres públicos mais de R$ 55 mil para sediar um torneio na cidade.
