Como está com registro de candidatura sub judice, ou seja, aguardando julgamento de recurso, os 66.072 votos dados a Eliane não foram computados para efeito do cálculo do coeficiente eleitoral do partido.
Caso os votos de Eliane sejam validados, o PT aumenta a sua votação e quatro partidos passam a ter uma vaga ocupada por atingir o coeficiente: União Brasil, PSD, Republicanos e PT.
As demais vagas passariam a ser ocupadas pela média/sobra, sendo que o PL e o PP ocupam uma vaga cada. E pela maior votação, União Brasil e PSD aumentam uma vaga cada. Sendo assim, o Republicanos perde a segunda vaga e o delegado pode ter comemoração temporária.
