Tanto na Saúde, na Educação, Obras, Esportes, Meio Ambiente, Desenvolvimento Social e outras, a atual gestão buscou focar em ações que fizessem com que a população fosse contemplada em todas as áreas. Colocamos o nosso time em campo para trabalhar e buscar meios de fazer com que a máquina pública fosse gerida para o bem dos cidadãos. “Com todo o problema de saúde, social, econômico e financeiro causado pela pandemia, nós só pensamos na cidadã e no cidadão lagartense
Dentre as áreas de atuação, qual que a senhora mais destaca?
Uma das áreas que mais mereceu atenção por parte da gestão foi a Saúde. O programa de Atenção Primária avaliado pelo Governo Federal saiu da posição 64 para a posição 14. Atualmente somos a regional com melhores indicadores da Saúde. Essa melhoria registrada pelo Governo Federal pode ser efetivada não só graças aos diversos servidores da Secretaria da Saúde que foram capacitados, ao planejamento de atendimento da população, à modernização do fluxo de trabalho, mas também aos diversos postos de saúde reformados e à construção de novas unidades. Na Educação, a Prefeitura de Lagarto capacitou professores e servidores, e cumpriu o pagamento do piso nacional durante todos os anos. Garantimos ainda a progressão funcional dos servidores. Na Assistência Social, apenas em 2022, realizamos o atendimento de mais de 38 mil pessoas e suas famílias, e mais de 3 mil visitas domiciliares.
Outro ponto que se destaca muito em Lagarto é no quesito obras, o que a senhora pode elencar?
Sem dúvidas nenhuma, a chegada do Hospital de Amor é um marco na história de Lagarto. E temos uma parceria muito forte com a unidade que será a maior do Nordeste. Além disso, entregamos 6 obras com recursos federais e atualmente outras 10 obras com recursos federais estão em andamento, com destaque para a Orla da Barragem, que irá gerar emprego e renda para a população. Calçamos e pavimentamos a paralelepípedo mais de 11 mil metros quadrados com recursos próprios e mais de 5 mil metros quadrados com recursos federais. Neste ano, cerca de 20 praças foram revitalizadas e outras 13 serão entregues para a população em 2023. E os mercados dos povoados Brasília, Jenipapo e Oiteiros foram reformados. Essas obras estão gerando emprego e futuramente irão movimentar, e muito, a economia da nossa cidade.
Recentemente, o IBGE apresentou dados preliminares sobre os índices populacionais da cidade de Lagarto e o que aconteceu foi uma redução na população de Lagarto. A senhora concorda com esses índices?
Definitivamente, não! De acordo com os dados atualizados pelos SUS, Lagarto possui 114.998 habitantes. Na Justiça Eleitoral, o Município tem cadastrado 77.150 eleitores, sendo 5.077 eleitores a mais do que o Município de Itabaiana.
Segundo o próprio IBGE, no ano de 2021, o Município de Lagarto teria 106.015 habitantes, 4.373 habitantes a mais que os 101.642 divulgados pelo IBGE na prévia do senso. Essa redução não é concebível. É perceptível o crescimento de Lagarto. Está claro que nosso município cresceu e, consequentemente, o número populacional também.
Mas é possível definir os pontos incongruentes apresentados nos dados preliminares?
Sem dúvidas! E isso é facilmente perceptível, Veja, de acordo com o próprio IBGE, Lagarto possui cerca de 46 mil domicílios. Porém, desse total, cerca de 10 mil foram contabilizados como vazios. Ou seja, quase 25% ou um quarto dos imóveis de Lagarto estariam vazios por esses dados. É um número absurdo de moradias que não foram computadas. Além disso, os moradores de Lagarto que ficam em nossa cidade durante toda a semana, e retornam aos finais de semana para a cidade de origem não são computados como moradores de Lagarto. Mesmo ficando aqui por 5 dias na semana, tralhando aqui, residindo aqui, deixando parte da sua economia aqui.
E o que pode ser feito para que esses dados possam ser corrigidos?
Recentemente, solicitamos uma reunião com os diretores do IBGE no estado e com os responsáveis pelas coletas de dados em Lagarto. E, enquanto gestora, decidimos que será realizada uma força tarefa com os agentes de Saúde para visitar imóveis cadastrados como vazios pelo IBGE e esses dados serão repassados para o representante do órgão em Lagarto. Vamos buscar conscientizar os moradores a ligarem para o 137 e informem seus dados para confirmação cadastral. E ficou decidido também que ingressaremos com uma ação judicial para garantir que o Município de Lagarto não perca recursos de repasses do FPM.
Recentemente, a oposição fez circular a informação de que a Prefeitura de Lagarto demitiu cerca de 1.500 servidores entre contratados e comissionados. Isso é verdade?
De forma alguma. Infelizmente, alguns integrantes da oposição trabalham com fake news.
