A Prefeitura de Nossa Senhora das Dores, através da Secretária de Assistência Social, inaugurou nesta sexta-feira, 28 de abril, a nova sede do Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS), Manoel Messias de Santana.
O prédio foi construído com recurso destinado através de emenda parlamentar do ex-deputado federal, André Moura.
O Cras é uma unidade responsável pela oferta de serviços de proteção básica dos Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS) nas áreas de vulnerabilidade e risco social dos municípios. Sua principal função é prevenir a ocorrência de situações de vulnerabilidade e riscos sociais.
“Temos aqui uma estrutura bonita, nova e com condições adequadas para atender a todos. Era mais um projeto abandonado pela ex-gestão e graças ao trabalho incansável da nossa equipe estamos entregando. Deixo meus sinceros agradecimentos a André Moura, esse grande parceiro da nossa gestão e um líder político comprometido com o bem de Sergipe”, destacou o Prefeito.
