A Confederação Nacional de Municípios (CNM) emitiu, nesta sexta-feira (12), uma nota criticando os repasses feitos pelo governo Lula para pagar o piso de enfermagem.
Segundo a instituição, a Lei 14.581/2023, sancionada pelo presidente Lula, libera crédito especial de R$ 7,3 bilhões no orçamento do Fundo Nacional de Saúde para bancar o piso da Enfermagem. Todavia, o valor não é suficiente.

– Infelizmente, a medida atual é uma ilusão. O valor sancionado não paga um terço do piso dos profissionais de saúde que atuam nos Municípios. Além disso, trata-se de recurso somente para 2023, não permanente para uma despesa continuada – diz a nota.
A CNM lamenta que não haja uma regulamentação sobre estes pagamentos, determinando a forma de distribuição e transferência de recursos para honrar o pagamento dos profissionais.
Estimativas da entidade mostram que o impacto do piso apenas aos Municípios será de R$ 10,5 bilhões neste ano. Mas a lei assinada por Lula garante apenas R$ 3,3 bilhões para os Entes locais.
Assim, para poder honrar com o pagamento dos enfermeiros, os municípios teriam que demitir mais de 32,5 mil profissionais da enfermagem.
– A CNM vai solicitar novamente que a Corte mantenha a suspensão da efetividade legal do piso até que haja fontes definitivas e sustentáveis de financiamento do piso – completa a nota que pode ser lida na íntegra aqui.
