Saiba o que fazer para se cadastrar no programa
O deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro destinou uma emenda parlamentar no valor de R$ 3,5 milhões para o programa de cirurgias eletivas do governo estadual “Opera Sergipe”, lançado pelo governador Fábio Mitidieri há uma semana, com o objetivo de diminuir a fila no estado de Sergipe. O programa visa reforçar as dotações destinadas aos procedimentos de média e alta complexidade em unidades de saúde especializadas integrantes do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
Os recursos foram oriundos de sua parte na emenda de bancada e, inicialmente, o programa contempla 15 tipos de procedimentos eletivos de média e alta complexidade, porém, nessa primeira fase, serão realizados apenas os procedimentos de média complexidade. Dentre as unidades de saúde vinculadas ao programa, destaca-se o Hospital Nossa Senhora da Conceição, localizado em Lagarto, mas também serão realizados procedimentos no Amparo de Maria, em Estância, e no Hospital Senhor dos Passos, em São Cristóvão.
Apenas no primeiro dia do programa já foram selecionados cerca de mil procedimentos, a exemplo de histerectomia total; histerectomia com anexectomia; colecistectomia; postectomia; histerectomia (por via vaginal); correção cirúrgica de hidrocele; hernioplastia incisional; hernioplastia umbilical; hemorroidectomia; colpoperioneoplastia anterior e posterior; hernioplastia epigástrica; hernioplastia inguinal bilateral; hernioplastia inguinal/crural (unilateral) e hernioplastia recidivante. As cirurgias começaram a ser realizadas no dia seguinte ao lançamento.
Para ter acesso ao Programa Opera Sergipe, os interessados devem procurar um dos hospitais mencionados ou a Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) mais próxima. Após a consulta na UBS ou nos hospitais, o paciente será encaminhado para uma consulta com um cirurgião. Caso seja necessário, o usuário será cadastrado no programa durante esse processo.
Uma vez cadastrado, o paciente poderá acompanhar todo o processo através do site ou aplicativo Opera Sergipe, disponível para os sistemas IOS e Android. Essa medida visa proporcionar maior comodidade e transparência no acompanhamento das etapas necessárias para a realização da cirurgia eletiva.
A previsão, de acordo com o governo do estado, é que durante a primeira fase do projeto sejam realizadas 10 mil cirurgias de diversas especialidades. Com investimento de cerca de R$ 57 milhões a ação deve contemplar os 75 municípios do estado.
