O Deputado Federal Gustinho Ribeiro é marido da Prefeita de Lagarto, Hilda Ribeiro, e exerce poder muito grande na administração. Seu grupo não teme em falar que ele é quem toma as decisões, fazendo dela um mero “fantoche”. As consequências disso estão deixando seus aliados lagartenses descontentes.
Primeiro, sendo o verdadeiro mandatário da Prefeitura, é ele quem distribui os cargos públicos do Poder Executivo. Sendo assim, sendo um representante do estado, como Deputado, essa distribuição não tem sido justa. Pelo menos essa é a visão de pessoas que acompanham o agrupamento do parlamentar.
Cargos para fora – Eles denunciam, e pedem sigilo, é claro, a “farra dos cargos” feita pelo Deputado para lideranças políticas de outros municípios que apoiaram sua eleição para Federal. Isso tem causado um rebuliço no administração, até porque os lagartenses entendem que esses cargos têm que ser estaduais e não ocupando as vagas dos conterrâneos.
Vereadores – Além do caso da vereadora Finha, da cidade de Tomar do Geru, que já ganha como vereadora e ainda mais R$ 2.500,00 da Prefeitura de Lagarto como enfermeira desde abril do ano passado, tem também casos do município de Salgado, onde o marido de Polyana, irmã de Gustinho, Duílio Siqueira, é Prefeito.
Mas ainda se referindo ao caso de Finha, é interessante notar que ela exerce o cargo de vereadora em Tomar do Geru e mesmo assim consegue estar num cargo de enfermeira com carga horária de 30h semanais em um município com mais de 54km de distância do seu.
Já em Salgado, a distribuição de cargos para apoiadores de Gustinho continua a todo vapor. Nivaldo Garcia Filho entrou em setembro do ano passado também na Secretaria de Saúde, onde Polyana Ribeiro, a mulher do Prefeito de Salgado, claro, é a secretária da pasta. O detalhe é que Nivaldo é filho de Josefa Santos Garcia Ferreira, a vereadora Fira, de Salgado (foto em destaque). Nivaldo ganha do município de Lagarto mais de R$ 2.000,00.
Quem também ganhou a “recompensa” por ter apoiado Gustinho foi o vereador Juarez da Kombi, que viu sua filha, Eishila Tawane, ser contratada pela mesma Secretaria de Saúde de Lagarto. Ou seja, a Prefeitura de Lagarto, principalmente a Secretaria de Saúde, está servindo como cabide de empregos para fora, moeda de troca de Gustinho Ribeiro, que nem Prefeito é, mas exerce sem nenhum receio o toma lá dá cá da sua politicagem.
Isso explica o descaso com a falta de medicamentos, falta de médicos, falta de vacinas, carros sucateados, ambulâncias sem combustível, obras abandonadas, negligência com acidentados e tantos outros problemas da saúde de Lagarto que estampam diariamente os jornais sergipanos.

Deixando claro aqui que os cargos da prefeitura deveriam ser ocupado pelos seus municipes pois foram eles que elegeram o Prefeito Valmir Monteiro onde Hilda Ribeiro atual prefeita era sua vice. Isso é pra nos ensinaar a deixar de eleger candidatos por paixão politica e sim por meljorias para o nosso município . Finha comparece ao CAPS 2 vezes por semana isso quando comparece . Deixo aqui o meu repúdio . A essa administração que peregue e deixa progissionais competentes se humilhando atrás da senhora Polyana . Isso é vergonhoso.
