Os projetos, segundo consta, foram apresentados aos senadores Laércio Oliveira e Rogério Carvalho, que foram bem atentos às demandas apresentadas pela prefeita.
Durante as visitas, a prefeita esteve acompanhada do competente secretário Luciano Lino. Juntos, eles buscam captar mais recursos via emendas parlamentares para executar obras que transformem para melhor a vida do povo monte-alegrense.
