Nesta quinta-feira, 28, a Prefeitura de Lagarto realizou evento para o lançamento do programa “Minha Casa Lagarto”, que marca um capítulo significativo na história da cidade, simbolizando uma nova era de desenvolvimento habitacional e social no município.
A prefeita Hilda Ribeiro destacou a importância do programa que foi inspirado no bem-sucedido “Minha Casa Minha Vida”, do Governo Federal.
“Este é um dia de celebração para todos nós em Lagarto. O lançamento do programa ‘Minha Casa Lagarto’ não é apenas a construção de casas, mas a construção de sonhos, de lares para as nossas famílias. Agradeço imensamente ao Governo Federal e ao Ministério das Cidades por seu apoio constante, especialmente através do programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, que tem sido um pilar fundamental em todo o Brasil”, afirmou.
A prefeita destacou a relevância histórica do programa e seu compromisso em proporcionar não apenas habitação, mas oportunidades para um futuro melhor. “Lagarto está escrevendo uma nova história, abraçando o desenvolvimento habitacional de forma inclusiva e sustentável. Este é um compromisso de toda a nossa administração e, acima de tudo, um compromisso com as famílias lagartenses”, reiterou Hilda Ribeiro,
O deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro compartilhou sua alegria em participar deste momento marcante. Ele anunciou o destino de emendas para apoiar as famílias locais na aquisição de suas casas. “É com grande satisfação que participo deste lançamento. O programa ‘Minha Casa Lagarto’ é um reflexo do compromisso do governo federal com o desenvolvimento habitacional e social. Por isso, destinamos recursos para apoiar as famílias, proporcionando uma oportunidade real para a realização do sonho da casa própria”, explicou.
Durante o evento, Evislan Souza, diretor-presidente da JFilhos, junto ao arquiteto Rinaldo Agemiro, apresentou o Parque Ribeirinho, um projeto fundamental do programa. Este projeto inovador não se limita apenas a oferecer moradias; é uma visão de futuro centrada em uma comunidade enriquecedora e comunitária. Ele será um complexo habitacional planejado para oferecer qualidade de vida aos moradores. Além do Parque Ribeirinho, o Parque das Laranjeiras, localizado na Colônia 13, foi apresentado como outro empreendimento importante do programa. Ambos contribuem para um total de 320 casas na primeira fase do “Minha Casa Lagarto”.
