A advogada pediu ao colega que a acompanhasse até as proximidades da sede da OAB para seguir até a casa dela em um carro por aplicativo. O homem faz outra proposta e oferece a carona.
Dentro do carro, a suposta vítima afirma que ele chegou a fazer um comentário desagradável. “Não existe carona de graça, você vai ter que me dar”, teria dito o suposto agressor, que não a levou para a residência dela, mas para a casa dele, pois justificou que precisaria tomar banho e trocar de roupa antes de ir para outro evento.
Na casa do advogado, ele teria mudado de comportamento, se tornando violento ao ponto de dar um tapa na cara dela. Segundo a mulher, ela foi então levada ao quarto com empurrões; chegando lá, ele a jogou na cama, puxou sua saia e calcinha e começou a penetração com violência.
A vítima ainda relata que ele tentou forçá-la a praticar sexo oral e anal, o que foi negado e ela afirmou depois: “termine logo”, pois estava com medo e sentindo dores.
Depois do ato, ela perguntou se ele não poderia dar a carona, mas ele negou. Ela afirmou ter esquecido o próprio celular dentro do carro do advogado. Mas ele mandou que ela buscasse os pertences, pedisse um carro por aplicativo e fosse para residência dela.
Ao chegar em casa, ela afirmou ter sentido muitas dores na região da vagina, apresentando sangramentos e até cólica, além de ardência. Ela procurou, então, a consulta com uma ginecologista alguns dias depois, sendo constatado que o períneo estava dilacerado, além de lesões na vulva e a mulher também contraiu herpes, pois, em nenhum momento, foi usado o preservativo.
A médica registrou as lesões e o caso foi levado ao Departamento de Atendimento a Grupos Vulneráveis (DAGV), onde o Boletim de Ocorrência foi registrado para realização do inquérito policial.
Procuramos a assessoria da OAB para um posicionamento. A instituição informou ainda não ter uma nota sobre o assunto. O espaço continua aberto.
