A Secretaria Municipal de Cultura, Esporte, Lazer e Turismo de Campo do Brito no exercício de suas atribuições, realizou no último dia 22 de fevereiro o chamamento público dos proponentes contemplados nos editais I e II da Lei Paulo Gustavo – Lei Complementar (LC) n°195, de 8 de julho de 2022. A criação desta lei teve como principal motivação a crise econômica vivida pelo setor cultural como consequência do contexto de pandemia, visando, sobretudo, a aplicação em ações emergenciais que objetivem combater e minimizar os efeitos da pandemia sobre o setor cultural.
Os agentes culturais contemplados nos dois editais deverão realizar contrapartida social a ser pactuada com a Administração Pública, incluída obrigatoriamente a realização de exibições gratuitas dos conteúdos selecionados, assegurada a acessibilidade de grupos com restrições e o direcionamento à rede de ensino da localidade. O Diretor de Cultura, Daniel Alves Tavares, destacou que as contrapartidas são componentes obrigatórios e serão realizadas, prioritariamente em eventos promovidos pela administração pública, bem como nas escolas do município, contribuindo para a formação cultural dos indivíduos.
Para maiores informações os proponentes contemplados nos editais deverão comparecer à sede da Secretaria Municipal de Cultura, Esporte, Lazer e Turismo de Campo do Brito para o ajustamento das contrapartidas.
