O ex-prefeito de Santo Amaro das Brotas, Luiz Herman Mancilla, mais conhecido por Chileno, declarou nesta segunda-feira (13), em entrevista ao Programa Informe Cidade, na Rádio Cidade FM de Santo Amaro, que todos os prefeitos e vereadores da cidade foram eleitos cometendo crime eleitoral: ou seja, comprando votos dos eleitores.
De acordo com o ex-prefeito santoamarense, de vereador a presidente da República, todos são eleitos na base da compra de votos. Ele afirma que em Santo Amaro se o candidato não der um botijão de gás, um telhado ou uma dentadura, não se elege.
“Eu fui prefeito e candidato três vezes. Quem é o candidato que não dar alguma coisa ao povo? Eu estou falando por que eu fui. O povo de Santo Amaro pede um botijão, pede telhado, dentadura, pede tudo. Se o prefeito não der, não é eleito em Santo Amaro”, diz Chileno, salientando que a Justiça sabe deste crime eleitoral.
“A Justiça sabe disso. Qual o povo de Santo Amaro que nunca pediu nada? Bote a mão pra cima e ver se Deus não castiga. Todo povo pede dinheiro, todo o vereador dar, todos dão. O governador dar, presidente da República dar”, acrescenta.
Demonstrando segurança em sua declaração, Chileno afirma que sendo provocado confirmará a denúncia na Justiça.
“Eu repito aqui na sua rádio, no cartório, na Justiça, aonde for. Aonde se viu neste país você chegar a ser prefeito de uma cidade ou vereador sem dar nada? Aonde? Então, a pessoa tem que ter moral, por que não adianta você ser um falso moralista. Todo vereador, todo deputado gasta dinheiro, dar dinheiro para se eleger. Essa é a verdade e eu assumo aqui na rádio e aonde que seja juridicamente”, diz o político, acrescentando que em Santo Amaro o candidato a prefeito é derrotado, caso não negocie o voto do eleitor com um botijão de gás ou um saco de cimento, por exemplo.
