TRE/SE mantém condenação do presidente da Câmara de Vereadores de Malhador

Na tarde desta terça-feira (14), os membros do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Sergipe (TRE-SE), decidiram, por unanimidade, manter a decisão do juiz da 5ª Zona Eleitoral que condenou o presidente da câmara de vereadores do município de Malhada dos bois, o senhor Lenaldo Santana Santos ao pagamento de multa de 53.205,00 (cinquenta e três mil, duzentos e cinco reais).

Com base nos autos, o vereador divulgou, nas redes sociais e em grupo de whatsapp, uma pesquisa eleitoral na qual seu candidato aparece em vantagem. O fato é que a divulgação da pesquisa está em desconformidade com  a legislação eleitoral, a qual que determina que pesquisas de opinião pública, relativas às Eleições ou a candidatos, para conhecimento público, devem está registradas, previamente, na Justiça Eleitoral de acordo com a legislação.

O julgamento foi presidido pelo desembargador Diógenes Barreto, a Desa. Iolanda Santos Guimarães, vice-presidente, em exercício. Participaram da decisão a juíza Dauquíria de Melo Ferreira, o juiz Edmilson da Silva Pimenta, o juiz Hélio de Figueiredo Mesquita Neto, Dr. Breno Bergson Santos

O relator do caso foi o juiz membro Cristiano César Braga de Aragão Cabral (relator do caso). Representando o ministério público federal a procuradora Aldirla Pereira de Albuquerque.
