Na manhã deste sábado, 27, a prefeita de Lagarto, Hilda Ribeiro, o deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro e o ministro-chefe do Gabinete da Presidência da República, Márcio Macedo, anunciaram mais de R$ 152 milhões em investimentos para a cidade. Esse foi um momento histórico para o município.
Através do Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC), Lagarto receberá R$ 65 milhões, somando-se a R$ 87 milhões em projetos selecionados e em fase de contratação do programa Minha Casa Minha Vida. No total, Lagarto será beneficiada com R$ 152 milhões em recursos.
Nesses valores estão inclusos ainda R$ 40 milhões que serão destinados para investimentos no Hospital Universitário de Lagarto. Isso irá representar uma melhoria significativa no atendimento de saúde do município e de toda a região Centro-Sul.
Esses investimentos simbolizam uma nova fase de desenvolvimento para Lagarto, trazendo a promessa de mais empregos, dignidade e um impulso expressivo na economia local. Os projetos anunciados hoje abrem novas oportunidades para a juventude e oferecem um novo alento para as famílias da cidade.
“Cada centavo investido aqui representa uma melhoria significativa na qualidade de vida da nossa população. Estamos construindo um futuro promissor para Lagarto”, afirmou Hilda Ribeiro. O deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro reforçou a relevância dos investimentos. “Esses recursos são frutos de um trabalho contínuo e comprometido para garantir que Lagarto continue avançando. A parceria do nosso mandato com o Governo Federal é muito importante para nossa cidade”, disse.
Márcio Macedo, ministro-chefe do Gabinete da Presidência, ressaltou a parceria entre o governo federal e municipal. “Estamos fazendo esse anúncio. E eu sei de onde vim e para onde eu voltar, e o governo Lula está comprometido em trazer desenvolvimento e qualidade de vida para Lagarto. É um momento de celebração e esperança para todos nós”, afirmou.
O evento contou com a presença da filha do presidente Lula, Lurian, de autoridades locais, líderes comunitários e cidadãos.
